Master Class: Leadership
This is THE Leadership class you want to attend. We are taking your leadership to a level you have never seen before. We are discussing employee issues, expanding culture, creating leaders amongst your entire team, grace, humility and a strength in leadership. You must take our leadership course before this Master Class.
12 Week Course
Week 1-4: Overview of Leadership Course (initial course taken), leading under pressure, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and delegation.
Week 5-8: Time management, reviews, effective feedback, communication skills, project planning
Week 9-12: Leading vs. Managing, meetings, accountability and working as a team. Final Exam.
