12 Week Course

Week 1-4: Orientation, revenue cycle management, dental insurance plan types, breakdown of benefits overview.

Week 5-8: Treatment plan overview, understanding multiple insurances (two-week lesson on multiple insurances)

Week 9-12: Patient Ledgers and downgrades, appeals, narratives and remaining balances. Final Exam.
